Ultra Spice Chai
"Chai" is the word for tea in many parts of the world. It is a centuries old beverage whose origins are said to go back over 5000 years to India, where it then spread to Asia and the Middle East. Chai is fine black tea brewed with a heady blend of warming spices including savoury cinnamon and rich clove combined with ginger and cardamom. The dark coppery color of this robust autumn chai blend complements the warm spicy flavours of this bold full-bodied tea.

To savour the full flavour of our teas, bring water to boil, and pour over the tea as soon as it reaches boiling. Over-boiling will cause oxygen to be reduced, making the tea taste “flat”. Brew 3-5 minutes or to desired taste.
